Description
Go deeper in your understanding of the practice of mindfulness, which makes us more conscious of our thoughts and emotions moment-by-moment. In this session, we will learn how to observe and question our thoughts, which can cause additional stress. Often, we are caught in cognitive distortions and biases that affect our perceptions and relationships negatively, including relationships with ourselves, our colleagues and students. By noticing the judgments we make of ourselves and others and questioning our thoughts, we can learn to let go of our negative perceptions, reduce our stress, and be kinder to ourselves and others.
